We were so proud of the team today, completing the first weekend of SENW Regionals 2026 with style!
Long Him kicked us off with a big PB in the 100 Back for 17th in age group.
Sophia R swam a super PB in the 400 Free for 8th in age group. Sophia C swam a huge 11 second 200 Back PB for 14th place in her age group, battling hard for a really well executed swim. Sophia R fought hard in the 100 Free heats with a PB to qualify for the final. She swam even harder in the final for yet another PB and 
th place - brutally close to 3rd!Long Him swam a really solid 400 IM for a PB with lots of really positive learnings.Not only did the team swim well; they were a pleasure to be around; providing friendship and team spirit to each other and keeping us all amused with their many stories.
